Everything a roster needs

Built for parishes, volunteer groups, clinics, shops, shift crews and any team that shares duties.

  • One-off and recurring duties
Weekly, monthly or any rule you know from Google Calendar. Change one date without touching the rest of the series.
  • Shift systems
24 on / 48 off, two 12-hour shifts or three 8-hour ones. Pick a pattern, set the start day and the app creates every shift with a ready rota; teams take turns, not individuals.
  • Roles, sign-ups and rotation
Set how many people each role needs. Assign them yourself, let members sign up, or put a group in a queue that takes turns automatically.
  • List and calendar views
Day, week and month, always in the project’s time zone. Gaps in staffing stand out so nothing slips through.
  • Time off and swaps
People request days off and an administrator approves them; once approved the rota skips those days by itself. When someone cannot make a duty, they ask for a swap and stay on it until somebody takes over — the roster is never short without warning.
  • Printable roster and hours
Print or save as PDF for any range — everyone, a few people or just one. See how many duties and hours each person has, and the gap between the busiest and the quietest.
  • Reminders and your own calendar
A push notification the day before each duty, and a link that keeps Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook in sync.
  • Made for the phone
Every screen is designed for a small display first. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
  • 15 languages, free and open
Each person uses the app in their own language, including right-to-left scripts. Anyone can create an account and a project.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create a project

One per team, parish or department. You become its administrator.

  2. 2

    Add people and roles

Invite with a link or create accounts yourself. Name the roles a duty needs, like reader or nurse.

  3. 3

    Plan and assign

Create duties once, set them to repeat, and fill them by hand, by sign-up or by rotation. Everyone sees the same roster.

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Creating an account and any number of projects costs nothing, and there is no premium tier hiding features.
Who is it for?
Any group that shares recurring duties: liturgical service, volunteer shifts, on-call rotas, reception desks, sports club duties — and shift crews working 24/48, 12-hour or 8-hour patterns, such as fire stations, nursing teams and production lines.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, that is the primary target. Add it to the home screen to get an app icon, full screen and duty reminders.
Can I see the roster in Google Calendar?
Yes. Each project gives you a calendar link for your duties, selected people or everyone. Apple Calendar and Outlook work too.
Does it handle shift work, like firefighters or nurses?
Yes. Pick 24/48, 12-hour or 8-hour shifts, put people into teams and the app builds the whole rota. A team takes a place in the queue, so shifts rotate as whole crews and one absence never scrambles the line-up.
