What DutyShifts is
DutyShifts is a tool for planning duty rosters. You create a project, add people to it, plan one-off and recurring duties, and then either assign people yourself or let them sign up.
The service is free of charge, and creating accounts and projects is open to everyone.
Your account
You either create an account yourself or receive one from a project administrator. The details you give must be true, and an address entered during self-registration has to be confirmed.
You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has gained access, change the password and write to us.
Projects and roles
A project administrator manages its members, functions and duties. Within their own project they may create accounts for their people, grant roles, disable access and reset passwords.
Content entered in a project, such as duty names, descriptions and locations, belongs to that project and its administrator is responsible for it.
What is not allowed
Do not use the service unlawfully, work around its security, attempt to reach other people's data, or load it in a way that degrades it for others.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, outages and bugs happen.
We are not liable for damage caused by downtime or data loss, although we take nightly backups and work to avoid both. A roster kept here is worth being able to reconstruct outside it as well.
Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time from your profile, and deletion cannot be undone. We may discontinue the service, giving enough notice for you to export what you need.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Contact: [email protected].
